I don't have a contract signed with themThe invoice for the service or repair is hereThis ls the only paper work I have, As I advised I am the only one that did the calling or I would not have gotten any answers about this at all.NOTES:Not sure what freight is or why customers may be being charge for shipping parts for them, that should be the cost of the part nothing else added. You will also notice they call it freight on first page and then change it to Misc charges on the second pageThis is a charge that should not be.They also charged $for a wet charge on a battery | purchased months ago for $They did not contact me to ask and they knew that I was Jumping the tractor to get it started. You will also notice that they double the charge on almost everything they do and then give a loyalty discount by removing the double charge,The price I paid is the price they quoted me over the phone which was not the prices doubled-Not sure why the inflate the price their price to just discount, as the final price was what they quoted me to begin with Smoke and mirrows like they are giving a break What is freight? Why are people paying to have parts shipped?
-A wet charge on a month old battery that cost me $months agoReally! They never ask me about that

None of the work we initially performed would have contributed to a new oil leakThis is a new problem and therefore was estimated as any new work would beThe customer was belligerent and offensive on the phone, which is why he was hung up on. We will no longer accept any of his
equipment for repairThe initial repairs were performed properly, this customer is looking for a life-time bumper to bumper warranty simply because we fixed one minor issue on his machine

As the customer stated, the warranty work was completed at no charge by our technician. The technician that performed the work had just found out that his wife only has 6 months to live, due to rapidly spreading cancer. We attribute this to his oversight in not completing the service work. He...

is typically a very conscientious technician and takes meticulous notes. The customer incorrectly states that the total of his bill was for annual service only. Clearly a belt was replaced, and the cost of that belt, plus the labor to install it were both a portion of the bill. These are not service items, but wear items. When we were informed of the error, we sent our shop foreman to the customers home to complete the service at no charge - including the belt replacement. So as of this date, and because the customer cancelled his check, the customer had his original warranty repair completed, an annual service completed, and a deck belt replaced - all completely free of charge. Because the customer was understandably upset at the situation, we have decided not to pursue payment for the work that is obviously due. We hope that this will settle the matter, and would like to take the opportunity to assure the Revdex.com and our customer that this has never happened before, and we are confident that if not for the technicians obviously distressed state of mind - it would not have happened in the first place.

Review: Lawn tractor, [redacted], was picked up for warranty repair. warranty repair was performed with no cost. Also, regular annual maintenance was to be performed while it was in for service. This include Oil Change, New Oil Filter, New Spark Plugs, New Air Filter, and New Fuel Filter. I was billed for all these parts plus five hours labor at $85 per hour, total maintenance bill for annual 12 point service was $584.58. An inspection if the tractor revealed the same old fuel filter in place, same old oil filter in place, same old air filter in place with the same small chunk missing of foam missing, the engine oil is the same old dirty oil. No maintenance was performed. The company delivered the tractor to my home on Thursday 7/10. Paid by personal check to delivery driver. Used tractor today Sunday 7/13. Submitted online STOP PAYMENT on check through my bank today 7/13. I will contact the company and the point of contact Frank, last name unknown, tomorrow Monday 7/14/2014.Desired Settlement: I intend to ask the company to send a field service technician to come to my home to perform the maintenance here at my home so I can see the parts. I am willing to pay a reduced cost for the services, minus any fees for having to stop payment on my check through my financial institution. If the company is not willing to come to my home and perform the service at a reduced cost, then I intend to have another business perform the service.
