Southfork Ranch Property Owners Association

Although I believe there is a place for Property Owner Associations, why not, who else can I get support from if my neighbors decide to use traffic cones on the street I live on blocking my access to and from my home so that they can use the road right in front of my house to throw a large party. Then when I heard that my neighbors intended to do this annually, I protested. I was treated very rudely and told that they wouldn't get on my yard, but that they would have the crowd and noise on the road which is only a few yards from my front door. Well don't you think I should get the Property Owner Association involved? Isn't that what they are here for? What am I paying for? Unfortunately, the neighbors I am writing about are the Southfork Ranch Property Owners Association.
