this matter was addressed with the client in November and the winter rims were supplied to the client as promissedI am surprised that this was even sent to Revdex.com as we were always working with Mr *** to supply him with the winter rims

The Southgate Audi, who did not respond to any of my calls or request to them to do what they have promised for about month, until my complaint at Revdex.com, finally tried but could not deliver on time to me what they have promised
Since a snow had started and I needed wheels to install my new winter tires I have agreed to take some cheap *** *** type after market all scratched up wheels from them as a loner, while they are looking for AUDI once, which were installed on the vehicle when it was sold to me
When after few weeks I have called again and left few messages asking when they will finally deliver on their promise, I have not received any replies from Southgate Audi

In summary: I am thankful that Southgate Audi provided me with the loner wheels which make my winter driving safe, however I do not think that they have fulfill their contractual obligation in relation to me as it was agreed at the time of the purchase, until they will supply me with *** 18" wheels as the once which were on the vehicle when I have bought it

[redacted] purchased a 2018 [redacted] ** from Southgate Audi on August 18th, 2017.  My management team and I have spoken with [redacted] on several occasions since he took delivery of his vehicle.  [redacted]...

[redacted]  I discussed that we had pulled the buyout for his [redacted] as ofAugust 22nd, 2017 and issued payment for to [redacted] to payout his account with [redacted].  At this time he stated that he had made two payments on his car.  I explained that [redacted] would be refunding one payment, September 17th date, as this was the only payment since he picked up his 2018 [redacted], trading in his [redacted], on August 18th, 2017.  [redacted] corrected me and said that he had made two payments in August.  I explained that this was correct, as he had two vehicles in August, and that his [redacted] payment was scheduled to come out of his account prior to taking delivery of his 2018 [redacted].  I told him that unfortunately, as he was in possession of the vehicle and did not issue a stop payment, that this payment came out as scheduled.  Furthermore, I explained that we can only payout the vehicle after we have taken possession of the trade in unit, 2015 [redacted], and that this happened when he picked up his 2018 [redacted] on August 18th, 2017.  We then requested a buyout from [redacted] for his vehicle, this buyout was dated August 22nd, 2017, and issued payment to [redacted] by Cheque on August 31st, 2017.  He then promptly informed me that he was told that he would not have two payments come out, and that he was out of town & hung up.  [redacted]We do not show any record of an agreement to payout his [redacted] prior to receiving it.  It is our position that the payments have come out accordingly as he owned the [redacted] on the payment date of the 17th of the month, and took possession of his 2018 [redacted] on the 18th.  We then paid it out as of the 22nd, with a cheque to [redacted] on August 31st, 2017.  As such, he should only receive a refund for the payment for his [redacted] that came out on September 17th, 2017.Please find the following documents attached:- [redacted] Buyout Statement- Payout Cheque to [redacted]- [redacted]- [redacted]- Offer to Lease Agreement- Lease Contract with [redacted]

Canada will allow for a portion of the Audi Care to be refunded when the vehicle is written off. We have sent Audi Canada the paperwork and they will send a cheque directly to you.
Audi Canada will also refund a portion of the extended warranty to you. We will send you a cheque as soon as the refund has been processed.
