MrStory only made two payments on his auto loan? The third payment was due on 11-4-2013, but was never made? At the time of repossession, the customer was payments past due

I have documentation from autocheck stating the vehicle has frame damage & I am willing to make an appointment with someone to resolve this issue in person I will be in Arizona no later than 09/23/If someone would like to make an appointment with me & we can figure this out in person than I am fine with that .?

I have reviewed the complaint, and appreciate the customer's concern.? It appears that our agent may have used the wrong card, and didn't forward the complaint to her superior.? If that is the case we apologize.? We note the complaint, and share in addition to the manager's apology, an additional apology since it appears the wrong card number was used in error

You did not hire a 3rd party? You had a non branded vehicle show up to my house WITHOUT paperwork who then had the audacity to taunt me, swear at me and then lower my vehicle as though this is some joke? This is absolutely the most unprofessional thing I have ever encountered? They did not show up to repo my vehicle, they showed up to screw with me as though they were the Mexican Mafia - Which by the way YOU ARE NOT? I disagree with your pathetic attempted statement? I get that I am past due? That is my issue and I am not passing the buck on that? I am, however, pissed that you would send some employee's little cousin to bring a tow truck he just so happens to own to my house to illegally screw with me at midnight

We have provided additional training to the employee with whom the customer spoke, for the purpose of providing better customer service

I am sorry our offered resolution does not satisfy your complaint? However, the offer is the only resolution we are able to offer you at this time? We have no record which confirms any modification of the agreement as you have described? We of course disagree with your perceptions of the present matter, but do wish you luck in future endeavors?

Like I said I now have two reports indicating that the vehicle does not have a history as described.? I am happy to review your report so that I can see what you are seeing.? I hope you understand that without understanding exactly what type of damage, and when the damage allegedly occurred, it is difficult to do a fair job of reviewing your complaint.? With that said, it is my understanding that this vehicle was sold as is.? Although it is not directly relevant to our? company, I ? believe the dealer is required to disclose known prior damage, which from my review there is no indication that the alleged damage was known to them, and certainly not to us.? Again, we are a lender, and not the licensed vehicle dealer which sold you the vehicle.? I am sorry that you are frustrated, but I hope you can understand the distinction between a lender and a dealership in roles and responsibilities.? If you have complaints about the way we have performed as your lender, I believe this forum would be an appropriate venue to address those issues if they existed, rather then complaints about the vehicle condition which we did not sell you.? Nevertheless, I want to be helpful, but I am just not sure other than listen and fully review your concerns, I will be able to adequately resolve your complaint

The dispute was regarding the nature of the contract and lending by the company which was in a preditory natureWith a continued unauthorized auto debit from my account although my verbal authorization was intructing a cease of all auto payments because of the amount already payedI am aware of a vehicle being a depreteating asset but for them to attempt to collect a full balance and all intrest is obsered and a clear act of preditory lendingBy refusing to tettle the amonut as the value of the vehicle for payoffNot adding all interest possibleThe contract never states that all interest will become due at payoff nore is there an early payoff feeSo why does the balance increase even as payments are made on the accountTo sum it up I am willing to settle free and clear with this company at the appraised value of the vehicle witch is $2000?
