Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/05/05) */ The vehicle was in for a serviceVolkswagen currently has a promotion running whereby if a customer is getting a service completed we are able to supply them with a free set of factory Volkswagen wiper bladesThe set of wiper blades were left on the passenger seat of the vehicle and not installed as everyone does not require them at the time of the serviceThe set of wiper blades that were on the vehicle were not replaced by usAs the wiper blade in discussion was aftermarket we can only assume it was replaced elsewhere

assessment program called V-Auto which takes a sample of automobiles for sale in the region providing an excellent stance to determine a fair wholesale value without bias. This value was determined based upon 32,093 km showing on the vehicle, by our pre-owned manager of 15 years seniority at this location and is documented on the V-auto print out. This assessment can be produced for inspection if requested. Further the vehicle(2011 [redacted] was in turn sold to a retail customer June 02.2014 for $15,974.00.

We advised for her to make an apt with our service department so we could address the issue, since then we have called to arrange an apt time to investigate and resolve her issue August 19,2014. We expect no issues moving forward and have her concerns well looked after. Trusting this is satisfactory.
