Dear [redacted] , [redacted] has a couple of things wrong, starting with the spelling of the store name, the price of two packs of [redacted] 's they are $each, which would lead me to believe there wasn't a second buyer and he bought a case (24) himself, case price is $The manufacturer marebate (not store rebate) was one per household at $per packWhen he contacted our store he was told all this, he was then told to contact the manufacturer and explain the situation, since it was their representative who posted the rebatesWe also never agreed to pay him but offered to contact the representative and get the money for him, but the customer would have to come the store to receive it.All that being said, after received this complaint (WOW), did [redacted] ***'s job for himcontacted the manufacturer's representatives for him and was told they are going to send a money order ($8) to the address listed in the complaintI hope he enjoyed the beer as much as I enjoyed dealing with this issue.Regards David D.Owner

manufacturer mail-in rebate (not store rebate) was one per household at $4.00 per 12 pack. When he contacted our store he was told all this, he was then told to contact the manufacturer and explain the situation, since it was their representative who posted the rebates. We also never agreed to pay him but offered to contact the representative and get the money for him, but the customer would have to come the store to receive it.All that being said, after received this complaint (WOW), did [redacted]'s job for him. contacted the manufacturer's representatives for him and was told they are going to send a money order ($8) to the address listed in the complaint.
