My husband and I just had the pleasure to work with David F* from Southington Mortgage when purchasing our new home David was very personable, easy to talk to and very helpful with all the questions that we had (this is my 1st home buying experience) I was referred to David after my bank, whom my husband and I had been dealing with for over years, told us that the time frame we were looking to purchase our home was very aggressive and probably wouldn't happen David met with us the same night, had all the paperwork ready for our signatures, found a lender and had the deal "signed, sealed and delivered" in just days! The bank told us it wouldn't be possible to do the same in days My husband and I would recommend David and his services to anyone, and should the day come when we want to buy another house, our business is his!
