I went out there on April of 2018 and did a repair on the refrigerator for a no cold call. I fixed there issue and never heard from them. As a business I hold for 30 days after the repair date for them to give me a call if anything was at issue, and there would be a no service call charge. Now in December they call my business for their refrigerator on a different issue of it over freezing into their refrigerator. I sent out a technician to service this call. At this point it is 7 months since the last time I had my business at their house. My technician found their cold control was malfunctioning. He quoted 185 for the cost of part, labor, and time accumulated for this repair. He wrote out a ticket receipt for a deposit of 85 dollars. Which covers part and trip charge. He went back out to do the job and was very rudely put out of the home. Customer complaints of things that were never said. Accusing my technician said things that were untrue. On our tickets that are filled out and signed by technician and customer, Clearly state no deposits are refundable. Due to time of service, trip charge, as well as having a restocking fee for the part they refused.
