Carecredit and they stated that they did not see any credit processing on my account about two weeks ago. My statement as of July 2nd shows no credit being processed. I told them that Southland Dental says that they had notified them about the credit. Carecredit stated that they hadn't heard from Southland Dental. As of today my statement still say I owe the uncorrected amount online at Carecredit. My balance still states the wrong amount. I had to pay on the account still or take a chance on ruining my credit. I am still responsible no matter if it is incorrect. Southland Dental called me last week but never left a message saying this has been corrected or in process. This error has been going on since March.
