[redacted]  But they have not been trying to contact me, I have call waiting, voice mail and answering machine.  I see now why they don't have a whole list of complaints on Revdex.com, you have to agree to accept their refund as part of the agreement of not posting your complaint.  At least customers should see the complaint and the settlement agreement. But I accept the business's response and the refund will not pursue this any further.  Thank you for your time and the Revdex.com, with out Revdex.com I would still be talking to Yellow Blue and Southland ECO and not getting any where.
