incompletion of work agreed to and paid for, no clean up as agreed, left tools at my home for weeks with no communication, picked tools out of my garage while I was not home with out permission to entercontacted after to finish weeks later and again was a no show for the time he requested to complete and again no phone call

From the people on the phone to the technician that came to my house, the experience reassured me that there are still a few good service businesses out there. I would highly recommend this company and especially Mike S, the tech that came to my home.

Today Mike S from Southland came to do a routine service on my Trane H & AC system. He was knowlegable and professional. I wish I had met him after unit was installed Southland Heating and Air, so I would not have had a unnecessary air filter in the ceiling. It restricts the air flow!

We are very pleased with the excellent service we consistently receive from Southland Heating and Air. Our most recent service was exemplary. Our service technician, Michael S. was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and professional.
