Hi ***,I am responding to a complaint file by [redacted] Our store's policy states that "no refunds on any services" which we place next to the sign in sheet so everyone can seeThe nail technician that served on *** has over tenyears of experiences and has served thousands of clients without any complaints and she is the most requested technician As mentioned in the complaint, we offered to repair the defect free of charge but was declined by the customerAs for the polish that is chipping, which usually caused by the customer themselves, we often fix them for free.We have been in business for over five years and if we do such a terrible jobs as mentioned by ***, we would be out of business a long time agoTo resolve this problem, we can only offer partial refund of $25.00.We are not in a retailing business but a serving businessWe regretfully can not offer a full refund[redacted]
