Yesterday was my Birthday and my adult children ordered flowers from 1-800-Flowers which then in turn used DeSantis Florists to fill the orderThey pretty much delivered me dead flowers! I was so upset all I could do was cryI filled out a complain with DeSantis Florists via the internetA man called from there to ask me some questions about my disappointmentHe was a total jerk! No compassion for my disappointment over the flowers that my children picked out and paid for my Birthday believing that they would be fresh and exactly what they had picked out for my special day! He basically acted like I was lying! My reply was I took pictures of the wilted and dying flowers and I will be happy to text them to you and I did.He told me that he wanted to show the photos to his designer? He told me that he could not delivery me a fresh bouquet of the flowers that my children had purchased for me UNTIL Friday....Happy Birthday to me....dead flowers on my Birthday!
