I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me

When I spoke to MrsW*** I did let her know that we could, infact, provide her with a refund for the amount she paid for her *** voucher which was the $That will be in the mail shortlyAs far as the amount she paid for the contracted work, she would have to go through the subcontactor
to get that refund, as the money was not paid to our companyAs I understand there have been a few scheduling conflicts with getting the technician out there to redo the workWhen she first spoke with the technician she did say that he spoke to her in a rude manner (but she never mentioned him using any expliciit wording), so I did speak with them about sending someone else out there as she did not want the same person in her homeThey attempted to make that work but there were a lot of scheduling conflicts between her and the new technicianI completely understand her frustration and I do apologize for the part that National Pure Air made have played in the confusion however, we have gone above and beyond to see that this situation gets fixedOnce, the service is handed over to the subcontractor, it is our of our hands, yet I have spoken with her multiple times, as well as the technician multiple times in attempt to fix the situationThe last time I spoke with her, the technician was attempting to set up a new date for him to come out (he even offered to come out that same day) and she refused and said that she did not want him to come and she would prefer a refundAgain, I understand her frustration, but again, the only refund I am allowed to give her would be the $she paid for the *** which we have no issue in doing

The situation with this customer has been take care ofDue to June-November being our busiest season, there were some issues with this customer getting a hold of us and recieving a call backHe purchased a *** voucher and decided that he no longer wanted the service and would like a refundIn
these cases, because the payment is handled by *** and none of the money comes to our company unless the service is complete, which unfortunately in this case it was not, *** would be who would give him the refundThe customer said that he was having issues contacting *** as well so I did provide him with the customer service numberUsually *** is very good about giving refunds, but I did give him my personal number to reach me at just in case he ran into any problems with them so I would be able to help out if needed
