why the one I am complaint about answering the email and why now they are charging the funeral homes  150.00 to inspect and now after this with [redacted] at Southlawn  the funeral homes are to order I want a meeting with the owner at once I leep calling and the lady mgr. want return calls since April very poor service.

Review: My father in law passed away in Nov-14 and [redacted] told me he had ordered the marker from the [redacted] he kept saying its wet ground has to settle just kept saying one lie after another in April after going off and on and calling since Nov. [redacted] wasn't in so I spoke to a woman (the Mgr.) she look in the files to find out [redacted] had never ordered it. I call the head office and explain what was going on then the mgr. called and said she was sorry. I went back to [redacted] and [redacted] said he would order it was ordered in May. [redacted] gave me the discharge papers out of my father in law files that where done years before. he keep telling people he never had it. Just trying to cover up for his own lies. the have the marker now and have never been called and told they have it.Desired Settlement: I think the Southlawn should do something with [redacted] about his lying to the customers and the Burial places are the ones that order not the Funeral Home.
