On 11-09-2014, I purchased items two sweaters and a pair of sun glasses off the website of VIVI TrendsThe total cost for the items was $98.85, (order #***)I received a conformation email from VIVI that same day thanking me for my orderOn 11-22-I emailed the company because I had not received my items and the tracking number they sent me did not workThey promptly replied that they were addressing itOn 11-24-the company sent me a request to rate their companyI replied that I couldn't give them a good rating since I had not received my items of clothingAgain they replied that they were working to resolve my issue and that they would get back with meOn 11-30-I sent another email asking what progress has been made and to date I have not gotten a responseI did inform the company that I would be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com and they still never respondedMy credit card has been charged for this and I have not contacted them as of yet about the charge
