If no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I did not complain just to get something out of this. The hairstylist did not give me the look that I wanted in regards to the highlights. She made me wait an hour to get my hair done, because she was busy with other customers, and she took 5 hours to do the highlights. Anytime that I have ever gotten my highlights done in the past it never took 5 hours to do it. She also told me to come back in, and she would fix the highlights so that I could get the look that I wanted in the first place. So I arranged childcare, and spent my time, and gas to go there just for her to tell me if I want her to fix the highlights it’s going to cost $50 more dollars. She wouldn’t even give me the opportunity to explain what I didn’t like about the highlights, because she kept interrupting me, and insisting that there was nothing wrong with my highlights, and she spoke badly about me in front of me to other people in the Salon. She was very rude, defensive, disrespectful & gave me horrendous customer service. She has offered no resolution to my complaint. She continues to insist that she saw nothing wrong with my highlights. I have spent a lot of time in trying to resolve this with the hairdresser with no resolution. She will say and do anything to get out of resolving this with me. She hasn’t even apologized for how poorly she treated me in the salon. She humiliated me, and put me down in front of the entire salon. She had me arrange child care, and drive there so she could fix my hair just to tell me when I got there that she’s going to charge me an extra $50 to fix it. I am extremely frustrated with the hairdresser & the salon. Is there anything that can be done? Because the hairdresser will not do anything to address my concern, and has offered no resolution. I am rejecting this response because as I have already indicated in my complaint the very poor level of customer service, and lack of professionalism from the hair stylist was appalling I am very offended by her response saying that I just wanted free service I did only go to this salon, because my Mom & Cousin *** get there hair done there I never asked her for a discounted price, because of a lack of funds When I initially called I explained what I wanted in detail, and asked how much she would charge for the highlights She said it would be $ She never once mentioned that this was a discounted price that she would be giving me Before I got my hair done I explained to her again what I wanted I told her on the phone & in person before she did my hair that I wear my hair up all of the time, and want to make sure that I can really see the highlights I explained to her that I wanted to really be able to see a lot of blonde highlights with strips of my natural hair color still showing My hair did not turn out the way that I wanted it to look at all I asked for a refund, because she told me she would fix it, and didn’t mention at all that she was going to charge me an additional $to fix it the way that I wanted it in the first place until I got there She was extremely unprofessional, defensive, and rude She talked badly about me in front of the entire salon wouldn’t even let me speak so that is why I started crying I have never been treated so badly by a hairdresser I’m my life Now she wants to try to talk her way out of making this right by refunding the $that I paid for the worst highlight job that I have ever had She didn’t give me at all what I wanted I was very dissatisfied with the highlights & the very poor level of customer service that I received from her

To whom it may concern; I received a letter from you concerning a dissatisfied customer in response; the client asked for a blonde weave I also do  her mothers hair so weaved her very long hair for 50.00 as a favor to her mother because her daughter didn't have much money. After a couple of...

days, the daughter called me and said she was dissatisfied with the look of her weave. I told her she could come back in and I would look at it. I looked at it and it was a beautiful weave so I took a picture of it a co worker also looked at it and complimented that it was beautiful weave. I told the client if she wanted it different I would change it for her. She then started crying and said that everywhere else would go for her hair they would do it for free. In my opinion of doing hair for 30 years this client only wanted free service. I have the picture if you would like me to email it to you. Dear [redacted] I reject this response because I gave this customer exactly what she asked for (blonde highlights) I also told her to come back into the salon and I would take a look at her hair. When I looked at it, I saw nothing wrong with her highlights-therefore I told her it would cost an additional 50.00 to weave her hair again. I took pictures of the weave and sent you an email of it #[redacted] on Saturday [redacted] mother came to see me and told me that [redacted] does this sort of thing with everything she gets done at restaurants where she dine. I am truly sorry [redacted] was not happy with her weave but I saw nothing wrong with it as my email shows us. Therefor I chosen not to refund her money.Sincerely Jean P[redacted] Southpaw
