Condo was extremely dirty upon arrivalGuest services told us to clean it ourselves after taking our housekeeping fee beforehand
July 15th we arrived at our condoBeforehand, we paid for our room which included a $housekeeping fee that meant we couldn't check in until 4:that dayThe place was extremely dirty when we got into our roomThere were cigarette butts on the outside patio (it was a non smoking room), all of the dishes and silverware had not been washed, clearly dirtyThe sheets on all the beds had stains and sand in them, the floors felt very sandy and not cleanBoth of the couches had major tears in them and there were clothes left over from previous guests in the drawersIt appeared that no housekeeping had been done at all
After calling and speaking to someone from guest services (Southern Rentals) we were told we could wash the sheets and dishes ourselves since there was a washer and dryer providedThere was no apology or any attempt to make it right
