Review: was told to pay 520 to apply for the apartment 120 was for application fee, the rest was for an admin fee and security deposit. They deposited the check right away. I never took the apartment and when I tried to get money back for the money except for the application fee, I knew the application fee wasn't refundable.after a couple phone calls and emails I was told I would get security deposit back but not admin fee even though I am not taking the apartment they said they do not have to refund,. It has been almost two months later and I have not received any money back.Desired Settlement: want $400 refunded for the money paid outside the application fee
