In searching for a qualified Rolex repair shop I decided on High Grade Watch, Incafter searching and reviewing numerous Rolex service companies After my son-in-law confirmed my selection on HGW along with his personally meeting MyHarry, and having his Rolex serviced by HGW the decision was made The personnel, MrHarry was very personable in communicating what would be done in servicing my watch He kept me informed throughout the process Additionally, MrJonathan and Mr*** did an exceptional job on the service of my time piece Mailing labels were provided electronically with my time piece delivered by next day air Within a week as informed MrHarry contacted me with explanation of what was done My time piece was received the next day is promised Complete satisfaction with HGW and have passed their name on to another Rolex friend who was searching as well Highly recommend to others for their Rolex or other fine time piece

I have to say I've been to many different jewelers to have my rolex's maintenances, but this one is by far the best one yet. The guys there treated me like family and not just another customer. My watch came back looking immaculate. Wonder place to go if you own or are in the market for a high grade watch. Thanks guys

As a client I have paid in part $180 for an orthotics order via this office on 12/16/2014 and have received no follow up or delivery of the order. I was fitted for custom orthotics on 12/16/2014 and paid a down payment of $180. The office was to contact me in 3-4 weeks when the orthotics came in. I have received no calls in ten and a half weeks. I have attempted to reach their office multiple times via phone, leaving multiple messages. I have attempted to email their office once. I took off work one morning to drive to their office on a Tuesday only to find their doors closed and no note indicating why they were closed.Desired SettlementI would like to receive and pay for my order. If this is not possible I would like a FULL REFUND of both the co-pay cost of the visit on 12/16/2014 as well as the full amount of money I put down for the orthotics order.
