Southport Crossing Apartments

I hate these apartments so much worse move in my life, they’re so unprofessional they can’t keep anything together, they keep switching out their staffing which causes issues from previous staffing to be ignored by the new ones. If you’re considering moving here please find somewhere else.

It has now almost been 2 weeks that my A/C has been off. I’ve called the office at least 4 times about this. I have a 2 year old son and a 9 month pregnant girlfriend. My apartment reached 94 degrees today and I can no longer take this heat.

I rent a 3 bed townhome at this location. My apt has a basement, floor level and a 2nd floor. During the summer when running the AC, it is not strong enough to cool the upstairs bedrooms and hallway and has reached 85 degrees at one point and my floor level won't cool below 77/78 degrees during the day. My outside unit will run for 8 hrs straight hours till it has reached at least 75 degrees at floor level...which is still in the 80s upstairs and that's only because I want the unit to stop running up the electric bill. As of July 2, 2019 I have requested 5 different times for them to fix the issue, they have come 1 time and did not even enter my apartment...they asked me to "crank it up" but it won't go below 74 degrees at any given point...so that is inaffective. They have closed my service requests as completed with fabricated information and not even been in apartment. They have offered no resolution to this issue and continue to tell me to deal with it.
