For several months now living at Altamont Cliffs has been a nightmareJust recently I had two black males come to my door threatening to KILL accusing me of messing with his wife ( showed me his gun) First of all, I'm gayI have no interest in femalesThe one guy pulled out a gun and said his wife lived upstairs and I better leave her alone or he would kill meThe other black guy with him told me the same thingI'm currently in the process of obtaining a police report so that I can consult an attorneyAbout a month ago I had a Mexican guy come to my back door and tried to force his way inHe, at that time, was already beaten and bloodiedAbout a month ago there was a fight in one of the buildings where the front windows were busted out, About two months ago someone had all four of their tires slashedSeveral months ago someone crawled through the attics of several apartments and robbed two apartmentsJust in the past two weeks my new neighbor seems to be a "pot head." Almost daily when I come home my apartment smells like marijuanaSo, when you contact the office about wanting to get the hell out of there for safety reasons...they give you two optionsFind a new tenant or do a buy out agreementMeaning, you stay there two more months and pay a month penaltyFirst, why would anyone EVERY recommend Southside Apartment Company to anyone? Second, if I'm receiving death threats why on Gods green earth would I want to stay an additional two months? This is where they STICK it to youThey constantly show no compassion and all they seem to care about is a dollarSo the person threating to kill me can come back?
