The mailed invoice was received after three attempts by myself to have it forwarded to me It is very incomplete as there is no indication of my full name on the novice and the date of purchase is incorrect One would expect that a legitimate invoice would have been provided upon the washer/dryer been installed and paid forSuch was not the case The GST in question cannot legally be included as part of the senior's discount and neither the GST or senior's discount is listed on the invoice [redacted]

[redacted] is correct, we did buy the [redacted] dryer from him 1/years earlier It worked just fine and there was no need for service However, when our [redacted] washing machine needed replacement, we decided to replace both appliances so that we would have a matching set Upon removal of the dryer, there was a significant build up on lint behind the dryer [redacted] did not seem concerned and therefore I accepted this as However, when [redacted] came to remove our new non-functioning washer, they noticed the build up on lint behind the also newly installed [redacted] Dryer, it had been used for only weeks They noticed that the vent was not attached to the dryer, simply sitting in place, which allowed for the escape of lint behind the dryer rather than venting to the outdoors
We bought the [redacted] washer and dryer from [redacted], which was delivered by [redacted] and installed by [redacted] When the washer failed to function weeks later, we called [redacted], South side appliance to provided service He advised that we had to call [redacted] for warranty work However, where our stories differ is that I did make follow up calls to him (possibly not 10) and I understood that he could not provide the service What I wanted him to do was to talk to [redacted] on our behalf because that is where the machines were purchased I was hoping that he could intervene on our behalf No such luck
The last time I called [redacted] it was to request a refund on the installation of the dryer since it was not done properly I was also asking for the hose to connect the washer to the dryer for the steam option He had advised against this connection at the time of installation However, the [redacted] service people thought it best to fully install for all features and therefore needed the hose [redacted] could not provide it (he took all packaging, etc so likely removed the hose at the time of installation) so [redacted] replaced the missing part
