business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The sticker was placed in accordance with the apartment communities guidelines in the corner of the window. My windows are factory tinted and legal.  In the daylight the sticker can be seen with the naked eye from at least 20 feet away. The unprofessional owner who was on the phone with me said, "It was night time so we couldn't see it." I asked him why they didn't use flashlights to see and he said, "My guys don't have flashlights."  I did curse because I told them that I was in "Fking trouble" because of them.  At the time I was a Captain and I had a Colonel waiting for me to brief him at Ft. Campbell. They made me MISS that briefing and I had to do it the following Saturday. A day in which I was supposed to have my daughter for visitation. At no time did they apologize for any inconvenience. I only started yelling after I had been waiting for over an hour for word on whether or not a sticker was there. I also told them that the sticker BETTER NOT be removed because I knew it was there. They conceded that the sticker was there and while they did bring the vehicle back to the complex, they did not bring it back to my door. The housing office is about an eight of a mile from my doorstep. Because they brought it back at "no charge" is not something they should be proud of. The LEAST they could have done was bring it back at no charge with an apology. I was 3 hours late for work because of their incompetence and unprofessional attitude. The tow driver owner even said that if they couldn't see it again, they would tow it again, and he said, "You have been warned." This is completely unacceptable, although not surprising given the way this place operates. I want a hand written sincere apology.
