This is not the first time that [redacted] had bitten another student, the bite incident was on Sept 19, 2016 and Ms. [redacted] was made aware of the bite incident. [redacted] was placed on disciplinary separation according to...
Southside Montessori School policy dtd March 2014 and updated April 2017.State of Texas Child Care Licensing did preform an investigation and DID NOT CITE SSM with any citation on this incident. Guidance was given on current biting policy. Ms. [redacted], as all parents of students of Southside Montessori School has been aware of SSM NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY and signed off on all of Southside Montessori School Policies and Procedures, signature is on file. So Southside Montessori School will not refund any monies to Ms. [redacted].
