This customer made complaints about his vehicle, stating that we caused damages to his vehicle while here at the shop.  He complained about scratches on his rear bumper, so we fixed the scratches on his rear bumper cover - at no charge to him.  He complained about the tail lights and fog...

lights not working, so we fixed the tail lights and fog lights -- at no charge to him.  We have tried to go above and beyond to assist this customer with his complaints.  This customer has taken his vehicle to the dealership to determine the problem with his door actuators - and the dealership showed the customer why the actuators went bad - and it was not the fault of Southside.  The vehicle is simply 16 years old and mechanical components start to break down.  After the customer took his vehicle, three days later, he called to complain about a door ding in his door.  While we strive to do the best work in the business, and we are willing to go above and beyond for our customers, we simply must draw a line somewhere.  Could it be possible that the ding on his door happened after he took possession of his vehicle?  We are very sorry that this customer is dissatisfied, but we can not continue to pay for things that we simply did not cause.
