Used Bill Ball moving three times, and this is my last. Took 3 men 8.5 hours of standing around, talking, asking for food and drinks and slowly loading a truck of furniture; cost me $1000 and the owner would not even talk to me about the issue, actually hung up on me. Do not use this company if you value your time, money, and furniture.
