Review: I purchased a car the title I was given was not the original title and dmv could not use that title to have it registered in my name.. I called the Action and let them know they told me they will call me back...but at that time, the car I had purchased was already put into the shop to have a paint job and 2 new doors put on that all together costed $1,460. The Aucton told me to bring the car back after a month of just sitting because I was told they could not give me the oringinal copy of the title and they could refund me back only what I paid for which was $1,275Desired Settlement: I would like for them to at least give me back $1,000 from what I had to get done on the car beacuse Iam loosing out on alot of money that was't my fault.

Revdex.com spoke to a representative from the business who stated what happened in this sale is that the dealership that used their auction services was sold a vehicle with a duplicate title and was unaware of the situation. They have attempted to track down the person who initially traded the vehicle in to the dealership but have been unable to do so. They stated that the customer was informed of this, and they offered a full refund of what she had paid and to bring the vehicle back. He stated that so far, the customer has not brought the vehicle back. He also stated that their contract has a disclaimer telling the customer not to do anything to the vehicle until they receive the title, because things like this do happen on occasion, and for that reason they are unable to reimburse the customer for any money that was put into the vehicle.
