I experienced very poor business management as well as poor business ownership practices
I was in the car wash on Sunday Decat 1pmMy car was pulled off the track I grabbed the wheel to avoid the mirrored wall, which my car then hit the opposite wall It took minbefore I filled out a damage ticket. The young man on duty was busy He was the only one presentHe told me that it would take 3-days before I hear from anyone It took days before I heard from the manager(I made the call) It took an additional days before I heard from the owner Once I spoke to the owner...she said, "not our responsibility"...turn it into your insurance My car has $in damage The manager and owner both stated that too many people take advantage of getting cars repaired at their expense I told them that I have never been in a car accident or been issued a ticket since the age of years old
I was also told that I would receive a phone call once the owner reviewed the

8/I got an oil change*** smashed my headlight cover changing my blinker light and didn't tell me
They broke my headlight and didn't tell me and made me pay and sent me on my way hoping I wouldn't noticeI did notice as soon as I got to work It's been over two weeksIt happened august 26th I've called numerous times, I've been there to fill out a damage reportHaving them fix it has been the single most frustrating thing I've ever done in my adult lifeI have pictures I have messages with the Facebook admins and phone call dates and timesThey took my receipt from my original transaction when I filled out the damage report

I was in for a car wash and had both side mirrors damagedThey didn't break off, but they swivel freely now and don't lock in their positionThe passenger side was even crackedUpon entering there was absolutely nothing wrong with themI went in to let a manager know but there was no manager and the two kids working could not find the damage report documents to allow me to fill one out for the damage received to my truckI was told the "owner" would be there the following dayThey took my info, told me I would be contactedThe next day, no call so I calledStill no manager or "owner" to let them know of my issueGave them my info again and once again was told I would be contacted the following day, MondaySo Monday comes around still no callOn my lunch break I give them a callTalk to a manager, believe he is the car wash mangerTell him my situation, went in to car wash with absolutely no damage to my truck, everything functional and mechanically soundWhen I leave I went to readjust my mirrors as they were smacked in on the driver side and out on the passenger (cracking it) side, I noticed they were very loose and would not seat in their positionHe was not willing to do anything about the situation, only excuse was "well your car is years old"That is absolutely ridiculous! So I should not bring my vehicle into a car wash because it is not brand new? That is absurd!!!! I told him the age is irrelevant, there was nothing wrong with my mirrors when I entered and they were damaged when I leftSo he tells me to come in and he'll get pictures and what not to see what they would be willing to do
I get there and all he does is fill out the report that should have already been completed the day it happened and mentions the age againI explain to him again, the age should not matterThe truck is obviously well maintained just by looking at it, and it's not like it's my winter beater or some broken down beater that's being held together with duct tapeThe truck is immaculate inside and out, as stated everything is mechanically and cosmetically soundSo I drive miles out of my way for him again to tell me they really don't want to do anything about itBut he'll do some "research" and see what they can doIn the mean time I have to wait and drive my truck unsafely as a result of not being able to fully see to my sides because my mirrors shake and don't like to stay in placeBut for the safety of my family I can't allow that so I guess I'm going to have to order the replacements myself on account of their negligence and disregard
My mirrors were tight, stayed in position when I drive before using their car washNow that is not the caseI have to constantly adjust them, they shake when I drive making it difficult to see my surrounding area and is unsafe to driveI have kids and it really makes me mad that their safety is of no concern! Obviously they need better maintenance routines for their facilityI say that because when I was waiting for one of the kids working on the night it happened to find the damage claim form he told me that the past days he worked, every day had someone come in after getting their car wash with damage to their vehicleNow, I'm a professional technician but even if I was not wouldn't that tell you to look at and most likely service your machinesObviously the mechanical components are getting a little too close to the vehicles and not able to properly sense their positionI mean they we were making some pretty abnoises when I was in there, and my truck was shaking at one pointIt made my wife nervous and prompted me to inspect for damage elsewhereFortunately the only thing that occurred was the damage to my mirrors
My wife being a *** native has been going there her whole life and myself as long as we've been together, but I assure you they will never receive any of our money ever againShe is actually the one who convinced me to go inside and notify themI don't like to "be that guy" if you know what I meanAnd honestly if it were something that could legitimately be repaired I would have done so and never tried to file a claimI'm not one to jury-rig or "redneck" engineer so it has to be fixed right or replaced otherwise there is no pointI will let anyone and everyone I know of this experience

I was in for a car wash and had both side mirrors damaged. They didn't break off, but they swivel freely now and don't lock in their normal position. The passenger side was even cracked. Upon entering there was absolutely nothing wrong with them. I went in to let a manager know but there was no manager and the two kids working could not find the damage report documents to allow me to fill one out for the damage received to my truck. I was told the "owner" would be there the following day. They took my info, told me I would be contacted. The next day, no call so I called. Still no manager or "owner" to let them know of my issue. Gave them my info again and once again was told I would be contacted the following day, Monday. So Monday comes around still no call. On my lunch break I give them a call. Talk to a manager, believe he is the car wash manger. Tell him my situation, went in to car wash with absolutely no damage to my truck, everything functional and mechanically sound. When I leave I went to readjust my mirrors as they were smacked in on the driver side and out on the passenger (cracking it) side, I noticed they were very loose and would not seat in their normal position. He was not willing to do anything about the situation, only excuse was "well your car is 15 years old". That is absolutely ridiculous! So I should not bring my vehicle into a car wash because it is not brand new? That is absurd!!!! I told him the age is irrelevant, there was nothing wrong with my mirrors when I entered and they were damaged when I left. So he tells me to come in and he'll get pictures and what not to see what they would be willing to do.
I get there and all he does is fill out the report that should have already been completed the day it happened and mentions the age again. I explain to him again, the age should not matter. The truck is obviously well maintained just by looking at it, and it's not like it's my winter beater or some broken down beater that's being held together with duct tape. The truck is immaculate inside and out, as stated everything is mechanically and cosmetically sound. So I drive 20 miles out of my way for him again to tell me they really don't want to do anything about it. But he'll do some "research" and see what they can do. In the mean time I have to wait and drive my truck unsafely as a result of not being able to fully see to my sides because my mirrors shake and don't like to stay in place. But for the safety of my family I can't allow that so I guess I'm going to have to order the replacements myself on account of their negligence and disregard.
My mirrors were tight, stayed in position when I drive before using their car wash. Now that is not the case. I have to constantly adjust them, they shake when I drive making it difficult to see my surrounding area and is unsafe to drive. I have kids and it really makes me mad that their safety is of no concern! Obviously they need better maintenance routines for their facility. I say that because when I was waiting for one of the kids working on the night it happened to find the damage claim form he told me that the past 5 days he worked, every day had someone come in after getting their car wash with damage to their vehicle. Now, I'm a professional technician but even if I was not wouldn't that tell you to look at and most likely service your machines. Obviously the mechanical components are getting a little too close to the vehicles and not able to properly sense their position. I mean they we were making some pretty abnormal noises when I was in there, and my truck was shaking at one point. It made my wife nervous and prompted me to inspect for damage elsewhere. Fortunately the only thing that occurred was the damage to my mirrors.
My wife being a [redacted] native has been going there her whole life and myself as long as we've been together, but I assure you they will never receive any of our money ever again. She is actually the one who convinced me to go inside and notify them. I don't like to "be that guy" if you know what I mean. And honestly if it were something that could legitimately be repaired I would have done so and never tried to file a claim. I'm not one to jury-rig or "redneck" engineer so it has to be fixed right or replaced otherwise there is no point. I will let anyone and everyone I know of this experience.
