I received a recall on my Hyundai Sonata, It had said that I had to take my car to the local dealer due to defective ignition switches.I took my car in and was told I could pick it up at about pm.The service person I dealt with was "***"who is one of the type of person who is a bigot.I only purchased cars there and sent many friends and family to buy because the first I purchased in 1998-or 1999.Then moved to Houston, I never had much trouble with the first car and when I did the dealer there took care of it and even gave me a loaner if he needed it overnight I came home to Newnan GA in 2009, and bought the second car with the same extended warranty that if anything from headlights to taillight they were cover under warranty When I arrived I seen my car in the lot and waited my turn to speak to the service person, when I asked for my keys he said there was a $deductable(on a recall)I thought he had me mistaken for somebody else so I said, Sir I brought in a recal

I purchased a vehicle from South Towne Hyundai back in May of I was promised an additional key and I would also receive the Navigation kit for the car sent to me by mail within the next four daysAfter going back and forth , for almost four months arguing with Sales managers about what was promised I eventually received a navigation disk that was not programmed for my carI was told to go to my local dealership in the city that I lived in, they would take care of meThe local dealership not only stated that this was not how business should be conducted, but it also was the not even the right diskI reached out multiple times to get clarity on this matter, even reached out to corporate Hyundai who also stated that the service and people they spoke with had a horrible attitudeIt is now November 12th, I still don't have the Navigation that I paid forI did however , receive the additional key if it helps but it also was the wrong key for the car as well

I purchased a Nissan Altima from this dealership and was called a few days later to come back in and resign papers due to an interest rate changeWhen I went back in I notified them of the car not shifting correctly and that I wanted it checked before I signed the papersThey looked at it and called me back saying it was the type of transmission that it had but that they sent it to Nissan to have the tire sensors replacedBy the time I got the car home the sensors went off againI took it back to them and told them that the sensor light was going off againI picked the car back up from them and drove it for a few days and the light went off againI then called the Nissan dealership to see what had been done to the vehicleThey informed me that all the sensors needed replacing but Hyundai only replaced one on the first visit and then requested a hard reset be done the second time to clear the light off I called the service department and spoke to many people wondering who request
