Review: I purchased a 2005 jeep on 5/30/2014 from southtowne motors.. included in the purchase price was a 90 day 3500 mile warranty.. I had taken it back up the first week of june and had asked them to rotate tires and they said they had already done that why waste a good rotation. I had also asked about the light that blinks on the dash about tire pressure was told they would give me a piece of black tape so I couldnt see it.. on june 24 it was makeing a horrible noise from the front end a loud grinding noise.. I stopped at southtowne and asked for someone to look at it.. was told everyone was out to lunch this was at 11 am.. that they would send someone over to my place of work to pick it up .. when I got a break at 5 pm I called and asked when they were comming to pick up the jeep.. they said all the guys had left for the day .. but they would see.. they returned the call told me to have keys ready they would be right over .. the owner came and picked it up with another gentlemen. they called me back to tell me that they heard something but the guys were all gone for the day they would have to look at it .. they gave me a loaner vehicle ,, which was filthy and I didnt feel safe. but I drove it home at 9 pm.. I drove it in the am straight to southtowne was there at 9;15 am. wanting to know what the game plan was for my vehicle and to tell them what my son wanted them to check .. I had spoken to him and told him what I heard and he drives a jeep .. it was a suggestion to check to see if that was what the problem was.. so when the owner came up I was told again they haddent had a chance to look at it which I expected to hear.. but when I mentioned the transfer case and the bearings being checked .. the first words out of his mouth was wanting money for the extended warranty purchase. they havent looked at my vehicle I was told that but then I was told they did.. I am running out of room to type there is so much more to this.I do not trust them the owner came acriss the room at me.. so much more.Desired Settlement: How I would like this settled is for them to pay for any and all repairs on this vehicle I will take it to a certified jeep dealership. and have them repair it. they should be held to pay for all repairs or refund total amount including price of trade in and 3000 dollars down along with finance fees.. trade in was 1500 plus 3000. down financed 5335.10 or pay for a replacement vehicle ..for all the stuff I went thru they should have to pay for a vehicle of my choice..
