Revdex.comI am not interested in going back and forth. You would have to be crazy to think I would waste more time making and appointmentwith you which serves no purpose considering I have had treatment from another establishmentsince visiting yoursTherefore having you take pictures of my face is irrelevant at this point.I also believe it's illegal to discuss my personal treatments with the other doctors who have seen me.Your request is ridiculousYou can either refund me for the treatment considering it did absolutely nothing for me or don't.I wanted to make a comment to the Revdex.com because I wish I would've seen such before I went forward with the treatments at your spaWe can agree to disagree on how I "perseve" things but I wouldn't have bothered contacting Revdex.com if I didn't think I had a real reason toThe treatment I recieved from the plastic surgeon gave very obvious positive results with treatment therefore, I know I'm correct I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Regards, [redacted]

Dear Representative for Revdex.com: I am responding to your further correspondence dated August 9, Understand that any comments I make, reflect on only complaints voiced by this individual, who did not keep an appointment with me, nor allow me the courtesy of a visit to even attempt to evaluate, discuss or help her with her problems. The approach to the aesthetic client starts with a full understanding of what are the expectations (are they reasonable?), how aggressive the therapy that can be tolerated, possible risks, and the availability of recuperation time following such a treatment I had stated in my previous correspondence that as we are a medical spa, we take these matters very seriously The laser equipment we use is current in technology, applied by trained/certified personnel, and is used only in accordance with what it is FDA approved Contrary to what this individual was told (or heard), the fractional laser treatment she was applied is used for acne and scar treatment, and with FDA approval to say that Its application is less aggressive and useful in the setting of required minimal social down time.We are not a mill, as implied We pride ourselves on personal attention to each and every client Our aesthetician brings years of experience to her work, and generally employs products that she has grown to trust and proven on her own complexion. Without making further argument and relying on this individual’s comprehension of what she’s been told, we remain willing to considering her request for refund for what she paid for her laser treatments Due to the nature of what this implies, we will ask that she presents to our office by appointment, for a few short moments, at her convenience, to allow photographic documentation of her current status We would also request names and her permission that we may discuss her case with her dermatologist and plastic surgeon at our option. I feel this is more than reasonable for this individual: that is a series of laser treatments, indicated for improvement of acne scaring, performed professionally, and nearly for free Finally, consultative visits we provide are free, and I would suggest that she discuss the same with her plastic surgeon, possibly including hers in the price of the laser treatment she was provided, there Sincerely,Kenneth G*** *** *** *** ***

Dear *** Complaint Handler, 241I am responding in regards to your correspondence dated July 18, I apologize for the time required to respond, as my aesthetician has been on leave due to an injury As medical director of our medispa, this client was given an appointment
with me to discuss her concern Unfortunately she did not present for this scheduled visit Satisfaction is our goal, and we remain open to this discussion I would point out that this individual left a very positive comment on our website, regarding satisfaction with services that she received, dated June 20, As a medically supervised spa, it is our policy to take any complaint seriously We can be reached at *** ***.Respectfully,*** ** *** *** * *** *** ***

Revdex.com:Yes, at the beginning of the treatments I had a positive outlook since my acne seemed to clear up which promoted me to write the positive comment. Over time and after more treatments I noticed my the skin on my face crinkling up like crepe paper and brought it to Lydia's attention and she said I just had thin skin but it was never like that before. This concerned me and I never went to my 8th appointment that I had paid for as part of a package. I did not want the problem to get worse.Even though it is a physician supervised spa, it is not supervised by a dermatologist or plastic surgeon who are the only qualified people to determine skin conditions, not a general practitioner. The reason I did not feel it was necessary to see Dr. G[redacted] is because the problem was bad enough I needed a skin Doctor. This medi spa is more of a commission based sales process and not a place to go for treatment which is why again, I needed to see a specialist who did confirm the laser treatments I recieved at Southtowns Medi Spa would not and did not do anything to help my skin. My skin required a different type of laser treatment to make a difference in my skin which was not the laser treatment I recieved from Southtowns medi spa. It was a waste of money and that's all I have to say about the matter. I have since recieved a different laser treatment from a plastic surgeon recommended by my dermatologist and everyone including myself has noticed the positive results of my skin which tells me even more so that the laser treatments from Southtowns were not appropriate for me.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

The treatment I recieved from the plastic surgeon gave very obvious positive results with 1 treatment therefore, I know I'm correct.
