Customer came to the shop that Monday morning stating that he just wanted to pay his bill and take the truckHe was informed that the repair work was scheduled and he needed to sign a "directive to pay" form for the body shopThis was to insure that the body shop received their payment from the inscoThere was NEVER a check issued, the claim is still open, no one screamed at anyone, there were other people present at the time and yes, the customer stated that he had an appoinment at the V.Athat morningThis shop stands in front and behind everything that is doneWe jump through hoops to insure that all customers are satisfied beyond their expectations, but, sometimes there are those that just cannot be, no matter what

then customer was contacted. Est for repair was issued, insurance claim was opened and work was to begin on Monday. Customer came to the shop that Monday morning stating that he just wanted to pay his bill and take the truck.
