Southwest Blinds & Shutters provided all the shutters in our home. Quality product along with outstanding service. We plan on calling them in the near future for other window treatments we didn't shutter.

We had Southwest Blinds install shutters in our entire house and they are fantastic. They were very well priced, the sales people are friendly and not pushy. The installers were outstanding, very good and very concerned to make us happy. I would recommend them for anyone looking to get shutters installed.

I would also say that I shopped around quite a bit and I am happy I chose them.

The shades I ordered for my 15ft sliding glass door were wrong at my first installation appointment. The valence was also supposed to be installed at this time but I received a phone call 15 minutes before my installation time frame to be told that it wouldn't be ready for 2 weeks and they will have to come out again. The installer left and said I would be contacted soon but I was not contacted for 3 business days on the status of my order(s). When I was contacted, I was told I was on a "priority list". Two weeks later at the next installation appointment, no one shows up. The installer called me 30 minutes after the appointment window (at 5:30pm) to say he was an 30 minutes away and the valence was at least an hour away so they're not coming tonight. The next morning I receive a phone call from the office manager and she doesn't even know what happened. They refuse to let me cancel my order or refund my deposit, fair enough I signed a contract. The office manager proceeds to be demeaning and laugh at my concerns when I ask to at least be compensated for the time I took off work. After installation, the installer told me what my final payment would be and I signed for it. After reviewing my credit card statement and they charged me $100 more than what I signed for. They had my husbands credit card on file for the deposit and we used a different one for the final payment, so it was not an automatic payment ran after installation. I feel they did this knowingly and deliberately chose not to contact me about the difference. I finally have my shades and valence, they look as expected but it wasn't worth what I went through. I should of just walked away from my deposit.

We found their work excellent and competitively priced. They kept us updated on delivery and were polite and professional in both the ordering and installation processes.

Southwest Blinds & Shutters provided us with quality wood blinds and roller shades at a competitive price. They were very professional and easy to work with. I would recommend them to friends and family.

James Hutchings, the Sales Representitive, was very informative. He weighed the pros & cons of each of the products that they sell & did not push a particular product.

I got estimates from five other companies. Southwest Blinds prices were competitive.

Customer Service was excellent. I received emails about the status of the blind order.

They were received when promised & scheduled for installation. The installer was here for only 2 hours & installed 9 windows.

From the outstanding customer service to the beautiful shutters now in our home, Southwest Blinds & Shutters has earned every bit of this A+!
From the first phone call to schedule the initial appointment, they were very flexible with my schedule, even when I had to call and reschedule last minute. When [redacted] came to our home for the estimate he was more concerned with showing us all of the options and getting us what we wanted rather than just selling us the most expensive product. He was more focused on telling us the benefits and facts about the various products. He acted more like a guide than a salesperson. Our dog even liked him!
Then it was time for the delivery and installation of our shutters. The installation crew was clean, in fact they even laid out a protective sheet on the floor inside the door before they even stepped inside. They were very kind and got right to work. They kept me involved in the installation process, letting me know what they were doing and when they were going to use loud tools. The shutters look perfect! They were made beautifully and installed professionally!
We would recommend Southwest Blinds & Shutters to anyone looking for high quality shutters and customer service!
