Below is what got cut off, copied/pasted from the original complaint I will attach that file also Thank you for asking for the clarification. ....the blood was drawn, less than hoursThey told me all SWCOA had to do was call them and they'd resend/fax the lab reportI still
had not heard from SWCOA by 6-21-so I hand delivered a letter to SWCOA explaining all of this and requesting yet again, the results of my lab reportAs of this date (6-29-17) I still have not heard from SWCOA and wonder why they never contacted Quest to get it, especially after I asked them to on separate occasions? I would like to know the results to learn if the new medicine ishaving a negative impact on me
