We called the [redacted] on Sunday, November 15th, when we saw this e-mail notificationWe set up an appointment to go to their home and see this problem areas for Tuesday November 17th in the afternoonAfter looking at the areas that are cracking it is determined that this is not a warranty issueHowever in our attempt to provide excellent customer service, we are going to make repairs at our expenseThis has been scheduled for January, per the customers and our schedule needs
