I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I am rejecting their response due to the fact that this was an unsecured credit card & I did not have any responsibility to pay this debt.  They took the money out of a savings account of a deceased person without the knowledge or the authority to do so by the surviving owner of the account, namely [redacted].  This money was supposed to be used to pay funeral expenses & other debt associated with the death of [redacted].  As a result of their actions I have been forced to pay for all funeral & burial debts personally.  I feel this is extremely UNJUST & should be rectified immediately.  I would like to know how they arrived at their decision & what law was this decision based upon to take this money.  My position has not changed from the original complaint or the certified letter that was written to the Credit Union on June 10, 2016.  If they refuse to cooperate in this matter then I feel I will have to commence legal actions against Visa & Southwest Communities Federal Credit Union.  A response is requested within 10 days of this date, August 5, 20165.
