Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I do not agree with all of the statements made by Mr [redacted] , and am prepared to provide evidence and third party statements that support my case Again, I simply wish to pay for services that were provided and can be documented.Regarding the scheduling problems: because of Southwest Concepts delay in confirming the initial appointment for dewinterization services, I had to cancel and reschedule the housing inspectionThe inspection company ( [redacted] ***) emailed me each time there was a change in the schedule, and I can forward these emails My cell phone records indicate when I contacted Southwest Concepts and ***.On April 1, I met Mr [redacted] at the house at 9:30am and paid him $for a pressure check and dewinterization I left and told him that I would like him to contact me if there were any concerns or repairs to be made, so that I could return to the house and take a look (my job is located less than minutes away from the house) He called me from his office later in the morning, explaining that he did not have his cell phone with him while at the house, and that the inspection scheduled for that afternoon would have to be cancelled and rescheduled I took notes as Mr [redacted] explained that there was a hot water leak yet to be repaired Because I was anxious to get the inspection done, I asked when he could return and complete it He indicated that he could do so on April 2, arriving between 4:and 5:pm I called [redacted] Inspection Service and rescheduled the inspection for April The only available time was 9:am Mr [redacted] also indicated there was a problem with the outside hose bib in backHe quoted a price of $215, which I understood to be for all necessary repairs. On April 2, Mr [redacted] did not call or show up as scheduled I contacted my real estate broker, who was acting as a go-between with Mr [redacted] and with the seller (who had recommended that I utilize Southwest Concepts services at the outset) I was told that Mr [redacted] would be at the house at 9:00am on April so that the repair could be made before the inspection took place. On April 3, I met with the Southwest Concepts employee at the house a few minutes before I met with the inspector The employee told me that he did not find a hot water leak and believed that instead there was a problem with a nearby toilet that was making a noise(In fact, there was a problem with the toilet that resulted in water leaking, it was later confirmed.) Upon completion of his work, he handed me a pre-printed invoice: “Repair one hot water plumbing leak, hose bib repair.” I did not pay, expecting that there would be an adjustment The only adjustment made arrived later, in an invoice for $ Later, finance charges were added. My real estate broker contacted Mr [redacted] and requested information regarding the location and nature of the hot water leak repair Later my real estate broker requested further information in regard to workers comp and related mattersThese requests were not honored Mr [redacted] has not shown any interest in providing clarification or a reasonable level of customer service He has only shown interest in receiving payment for a service he states was provided, but has not documented.I did purchase this house late in April, and have had several individuals with extensive home construction and maintenance experience look for a recently made hot water leak repair None of them has seen any evidence of a recent repair The boiler and the hot water heater are easily accessible and repairs should be readily visible. The hose bib was replaced by Southwest Concepts, and it has been noted by a professional repairman that the work was substandard Apparently a heat shield was not used and a portion of the wood has burn marks.I would like to receive a quote on the hose bib replacement (parts and labor) so that I may pay that portion of the bill, bearing in mind the quality of the work I would like clear documentation that a hot water leak was located and repaired before I pay that portion of the bill, or have it removed from the bill if there is no documentation that the repair was made Regards, [redacted] [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason if he complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved]

May 16, 2015Revdex.comJefferson St NE Ste AAlbuquerque, NM 87109In reference to the letter from *** ***; ID #***.She had written; after considerable difficulties setting up timely servicesWe responded to her requests for work in 24-hours which was agreed on prior to
the beginningThere was a predetermined flat rate of $for a pressure test and dewinterization of home in which was completed and paid, The pressure test failed and we agreed to repair the domestic water leaks and repair one hose bib for $I went out personally and repaired a leak in the hot water side of the domestic systemThen*** was out and repaired a cold water leak and replaced a complete anti-syphon hose bibAt that point Ms, *** requested a bill for what repairs we had doneIt was explained to her the bill would go up because the hose bib was replaced as it could not be repaired, she demanded it anywayAfter she wasinvoiced she then requested photos of the pressure test holding and somebody to return and show her where the leaks were fixed, I explained there would be an additional cost for thisShe did not respondThe she requested in a separate email for our workman's comp and general liabilityIn which ourcompany does have however, this again is more time, more money and more cost to something that we had initially done for about 1/of the cost that should have been chargedI do have photos leak repairs and pressure testIt seems pretty obvious that every time she writes somebody she wants something different as when she wrote you she was asking for now an itemized bill of material labor and charges. In the event that I break down the material, travel and labor charges the computer will generate this bill in excess of $I intend on pursuing my actions of Ms*** in collecting my moneyIf you need any further assistance in resolving this please email***Regards,*** ***, Vice PresidentSouthwest Concepts, LLCPO Box 4018Grand Junction, CO

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:Upon further consideration of what occurred  and review of pertinent records, I would like to make the following points:1. As a prospective home buyer interested in the condition of the
house, I requested to be shown any potential problems and items in need
of repair. On April 1 at about 9:30AM, I met Mr. [redacted] at the house and
specifically told him that I was available to return quickly and asked
him to call me if any service other than dewinterization was necessary.
Mr. [redacted] called me at 10:18 from his office phone number and told me
the 1:00PM house inspection must be rescheduled because of a hot water leak
requiring repair.  He said he could arrive between 4:00 and 5:00PM on
April 2 to repair the leak. There is no doubt in my mind that he agreed
to that date and time, as I was focused on having everything in place
for the only other available inspection appointment that week that would
allow me to meet the Inspection Deadline: April 3, 9:30AM. I cleared my
calendar to be available late in the afternoon on April 2 to view and
pay for repairs. He did not come to the house then or contact me. I
contacted my real estate broker, who followed up and later informed me
that the repairs would be made the following morning so that the
inspection could be completed.2. On April 3, the Southwest Concepts
employee who came to the house pointed out to me that he could not
locate a hot water leak.  This employee completed other repairs, but did
not show me his work before leaving, as I was meeting with the house
inspector.3. Mr. [redacted] contacted me at 7:26PM on April 3, not to
clarify the repairs made or his reason for not showing up on April 2 as
scheduled, but only to demand immediate payment of the bill given to me
that morning. His demeanor was unpleasant and almost bullying. During
this Friday evening call, which understandably took me by
surprise,  I indicated to Mr. [redacted] that I wanted to contact the seller
about the services provided (since the seller had referred me to
Southwest Concepts), and later did so through my real estate broker. In
all interactions I have had with Mr. [redacted], he has made no effort to
provide a reasonable level of customer service and has shown no concern
for my satisfaction as a customer.  He primary concern is getting paid.4.
More than two months have passed since the dates of service, and Mr.
[redacted] has not offered proof of a hot water leak repair made by
Southwest Concepts, nor provided other requested information. I have not
found any physical evidence of such a repair. During the inspection,
the inspector noted the hose bib replacement, but did not point out any
evidence of a hot water leak repair, nor was it mentioned in the
inspection report. If Mr. [redacted] made the repair personally on the morning of April
1, as it appears he claims, how did he manage to perform both the
dewinterization services and the hot water leak repair in such a short period of time? If
he started after 9:30 and called me from his office at 10:18, that
leaves about 30 minutes for the work itself, given travel time between
Palisade and Grand Junction. This dispute over Southwest Concepts' services has caused me
considerable time and aggravation.  It would have been much easier for
me to simply pay the bill, but I feel it’s important to stand up for my
rights as a consumer.  I have never lodged a Revdex.com complaint before, but
this situation merits it.  I deeply regret accepting the seller’s
suggestion that I utilize Southwest Concepts for this work. To resolve this matter, I propose that I pay
Southwest Concepts only for the hose bib replacement, at a standard rate
for materials and labor, to be approved by the Revdex.com.  I recognize the
possibility that the burned wood mentioned previously may have been a pre-existing condition.A letter of support from my realtor follows.  I will
supply PDF files of my phone and text records relating to this case and
forward applicable emails and the inspection report from the inspection company, if requested.
Regards,
[redacted]Letter of support from [redacted]To Whom It May Concern:I was the realtor working with Ms. [redacted] in her purchase of the property where Mr. [redacted] performed work. From the very beginning all that we asked of Mr. [redacted] was simply for him to show Ms. [redacted] the work that he did.At that time too I informed Mr. [redacted] that Ms.
[redacted] has every intent of paying him promptly but would first like to
have the work he did pointed out and then would be happy to pay his
invoice #[redacted] (dated 4/7/2015, attached). His invoice only mentions
"replace hose bib" and she would like to know what that is and see that
it was installed. When I made this request of him, he said it would be an "extra charge" to provide that. I
replied asking him to describe instead in an email to me the locations
of the repairs and if not identifiable from his description I would pay
his trip charge, even though that didn't seem like a fair dealing, to
have to pay to see what the work was!  Ms.
[redacted] simply wanted to see where the leaks were that Mr. [redacted]'s
company repaired, and a photograph of the pressure gauge holding
pressure or some other verification that the system held pressure. He never
responded to my request and then sent a threatening email to Ms. [redacted]
(which, by the way, is contrary to the law in Colorado in how the lien
filing process works -- there is a very specific process involving
notice of intent to file lien, using registered mail, etc.)Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter.  I'd be happy to answer any clarifying questions you may have.--

June 8, 2015 Revdex.com 7007 Jefferson St NE Ste A Albuquerque, NM 87109 In reference to the letter from [redacted]; ID #[redacted]. Her response in regarding scheduling and problems that it was my delay in scheduling the initial dewinterization forced her to have to cancel her inspection this is a false statement in many ways, my delay never happened she is like every other customer and has to get on a schedule not demand what day and at what time we would perform any services. As far as my returning on the second day between 4 & 5 pm. Me nor anyone in our office would have scheduled that appointment in the 7 years of being in business I have never scheduled an appointment after 3:00 PM and never will. Her real estate broker contacted me requesting the location of all repairs, never said anything about needing insurance documents and I explained to him at that time there would be additional charges for this. The hose bib was replaced by southwest concepts, and it has been noted by a professional repairman that the work was substandard because the wood has burns marks. We will be including a photo of the wood being burnt before the repair was ever started and or completed. I would like to know the name of this professional repair man so I can sue him for deprivation of character while I am suing Ms. [redacted] for the money that she does owe. This has taken up far too much of my time and has cost a huge amount of money this case needs to be satisfied and closed. We have graciously tried to help Ms. [redacted] close on her home and get things done reasonably so that she could do so. Generally we bill for the service call and 100.00 per leak Regards, [redacted], Vice President Southwest Concepts, LLC PO Box 4018

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:I do not agree with all of the statements made by Mr. [redacted], and
am prepared to provide evidence and third party statements that support
my case.  Again, I simply wish to pay for services that were provided
and can be documented.Regarding the scheduling problems:
because of Southwest Concepts delay in confirming the initial
appointment for dewinterization services, I had to cancel and reschedule
the housing inspection. The inspection company ([redacted]) emailed me each time there was a change in the schedule, and I can forward these emails.  My cell phone records indicate
when I contacted Southwest Concepts and [redacted].On April 1, I met
Mr. [redacted] at the house at 9:30am and paid him $140 for a pressure
check and dewinterization.  I left and told him that I would like him to
contact me if there were any concerns or repairs to be made, so that I
could return to the house and take a look (my job is located less than 5
minutes away from the house).  He called me from his office later in
the morning, explaining that he did not have his cell phone with him
while at the house, and that the inspection scheduled for that afternoon
would have to be cancelled and rescheduled.  I took notes as Mr. [redacted]
explained that there was a hot water leak yet to be repaired.  Because  I was
anxious to get the inspection done, I asked when he could return and
complete it.  He indicated that he could do so on April 2, arriving
between 4:00 and 5:00 pm.  I called [redacted] Inspection Service and
rescheduled the inspection for April 3.  The only available time was
9:30 am.  Mr. [redacted] also indicated there was a problem with the outside
hose bib in back. He quoted a price of $215, which I understood to be
for all necessary repairs. On April 2, Mr. [redacted] did not call
or show up as scheduled.  I contacted my real estate broker, who was
acting as a go-between with Mr. [redacted] and with the seller (who had recommended that I
utilize Southwest Concepts services at the outset).  I was told that Mr. [redacted] would be at the house at 9:00am on April 3 so that the repair could be
made before the inspection took place. On April 3, I met with the
Southwest Concepts employee at the house a few minutes before I met with
the inspector.  The employee told me that he did not find a hot water
leak and believed that instead there was a problem with a nearby toilet
that was making a noise. (In fact, there was a problem with the toilet that resulted in water leaking, it was later confirmed.)   Upon completion of his work, he handed me a
pre-printed invoice: “Repair one hot water plumbing leak, 1 hose bib
repair.”  I did not pay, expecting that there would be an adjustment.
The only adjustment made arrived later, in an invoice for $282.82.
Later, finance charges were added. My real estate broker
contacted Mr. [redacted] and requested information regarding the location
and nature of the hot water leak repair.  Later my real estate broker requested further information in regard to workers comp and related matters. These requests were not honored.
Mr. [redacted] has not shown any interest in providing clarification or a
reasonable level of customer service.  He has only shown interest in
receiving payment for a service he states was provided, but has not
documented.I did purchase this house late in April, and have
had several individuals with extensive home construction and maintenance
experience look for a recently made hot water leak repair.  None of
them has seen any evidence of a recent repair.  The boiler and the hot
water heater are easily accessible and repairs should be readily
visible. The hose bib was replaced by Southwest Concepts, and
it has been noted by a professional repairman that the work was
substandard.  Apparently a heat shield was not used and a portion of the
wood has burn marks.I would like to receive a quote on the
hose bib replacement (parts and labor) so that I may pay that portion of
the bill, bearing in mind the quality of the work.  I would like clear documentation that a hot water leak was located and  repaired before I pay that portion of the bill, or have it removed from
the bill if there is no documentation that the repair was made.
