This complaint is unfoundedI
have sent copies of these receipts to this customer timesThis makes the 4th
time I have had to go back through my paper work
The first time I sent the receipts with the people that picked up the bikes
Then I was asked by *** to send
them via email to her email address ***.
She called me on March 7th at about 10:15am and said she never received them
and at that time she said *** had sent me an email requesting the another
copy of the receiptsWhile I was on the phone with her I went through my email
and advised her I have not received an email from himSo I verified her email
address with her and
I realized that I had the wrong email addressI did tell her and I told her I
would send it againOn On March 7, 2015, at 11:AM, I sent them againand
sent a note with it to let me know that she received itOn Sat, Mar 7, at
9:PM, *** ***

On March I received a request from my credit card company to send the
receipt along with the card machine receipt for all three transactionsI sent
them a fax of the receiptsI also sent an email to ***I asked her if she
did not receive a copy why wand she want a charge backShe returned this

I have received copies of the receipts from youFor some reason we did not
receive the email until several hours after you had sent itBy that time we
had already contacted the credit card companyI will let the credit card
company know that I have received the receiptsThank you for sending them

You can see that she sent a reply to my email at 9:PM., so she did not even
look to see if she had received the email with the copies of the receipts when
she had called the credit card company
You will see I have included the messages via email between *** and myselfI
am very sorry if they do not like the way I do my receiptsFrankly I have
never had a complaintI feel I have jumped through hoops for themWe even
gave them some of the parts almost at cost because it was for the *** ***. I feel that they did not get satisfaction from the credit card
company so now they are going to the Revdex.com. I always make sure my customers
are satisfied to the best of my ability but I do not think that any thing is
good enough for them
