I used this company to rent my condo during peak summer vacation time. The advertised rate for a 2/2 was listed as 117.00 per night. I was informed about there commission for this service. I received a check for 250.00 When I called to inquire why this amount. They stated they rented it to an employee for 60.00 a night. I am very disappointed with this service they did not call to notify me of any such arrangement, and actually stated they had no requirement to do so. Will never use them ever again and would suggest that anyone who thinks about using them think twice. Total rip off
