Southwest Diesel will warranty all labor and workmanship for days once invoice is paid and truck is picked up Parts have their own manufacture warranty Southwest Diesel does not know what the Ford Dealership's warranty policies are for the repairs that they preformed before bringing the truck to our shop [redacted] has never came back to our shop to look at his truck once he dropped it off back in December 2015, the truck has been ready to be picked up since the first of July Cherise the Office Manager talked to [redacted] in September in regards to having the truck picked up and paid for, which he stated he was hoping to come get his truck at the end of the month or beginning of October and while talking to her never made any complaints
Complaint: [redacted] That is a flat out lieWhen my truck broke down I was pulling a trailer with an atvmonths later I made a special costly trip to go get my atv and trailer with my certified mechanic David O***At that point the engine was in pieces on the floor My recommended resolution is if they agree to pay for a tow back to shop in case it breaks down within days he is about hours awayAlso I was told time and time again another weeks until my truck is ready and southwest diesel said they would put my truck rental receipts towards the billBut when I enquired, they lied and said they couldn't do thatWith the inconsistency I've experienced I have every reason to believe they will not honor the parts and labor warrantyMy confidence has diminished and now I will need to have an attorney look over the parts and labor warrantyIf you could get the parts and labor warranty printed out before I commit to picking up my truck that would be reassuringThank you for your helpBest regards, [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted]
