I recently closed a home loan through Southwest Direct Mortgage. Renee at Southwest direct was one of the only people I worked with in all aspects of the transaction who took time to explain things in detail and address areas where I had questions or concerns without my having to continuously follow up and bug her. She took time out to answer questions and discuss anything about the process that I was uncomfortable with and did so on a timely basis. Southwest Direct was on top of everything and the loan closed in just over 30 days from the day I originally looked at the property! I would work with Southwest Direct again in a heartbeat and would recommend them to friends and family without a second thought. We were completely unsure about what to expect going into buying our first home, and with my husband being the pessimist and me being the optimist, the home buying process was sure to be an interesting one. It didn't disappoint, it certainly was a challenge...but [redacted] and his team were absolutely awesome! [redacted] was great and really reassured us that we had chosen the right guy for our first home buying experience as a married couple. He answered all of our questions honestly and quickly, and since it was the holidays, that spoke volumes to us. Nancy has been very thorough and meticulous with every single step of the process to make it look very easy. There was no second guessing on anything and she answers your queries and concerns immediately.

In fact we had to change the property not once , but almost 3 times after proceeding with each of them well in advance before we dropped out from 2 properties, one just before escrow opening, one after 15 days in escrow. Despite extra hard work she had to do with each of these situations, she never showed any displeasure in going ahead with the last property which we were able to close in just 30!days.

She is absolutely the gold standard in customer care and I whole heartedly recommend her for any financing needs to get the best rates and superlative service.
