I am rejecting this response because: they are not including that the truck has been in shop more then I’ve owed it there always having to fix it when I signed papers it took over a month for me to have it then it’s always messing up they fix it more then I’ve owned it and it’s not right feels like I was buying a lemon cause it was messed up Sence day

*** *** on my behave the truck shouldn’t ever been sold if all the problems were not fixed it was the heads then the water lines cause they where broke off while fixing heads the injections then the wiring to the injectiors I’ve had nothing but problems with the truck on on behave I would like copy’s of ALL paper work sent to me and Revdex.com that describes the problems with truck and what was done to fix the problems

The vehicle has not been in the shop for more time than it has been out of the shop since Mr*** has owned it. He signed papers for the truck on 3/13/The truck was in service at that time and Mr*** knew it would be a few days before the service department would be finished with itA few days turned out to be approximately calendar days. On 3/18/the service department gave Mr*** a loaner vehicle, because they knew they needed more time than they first estimated to get the vehicle ready for delivery. On 3/21/Mr*** informed us that a car did not meet his automotive needs while his truck was in the shopWe switched the car for a truck on that day. Mr*** took delivery on his truck on 3/31/2017. My records indicate that the vehicle has been in the shop for approximately calendar days since he took delivery of the vehicle. From April thru October is approximately daysThe truck has been in the shop for approximately calendar daysIf Mr*** wants to count from the day he signed papersHe has had the vehicle for approximately calendar daysIn this case the vehicle would have been in the shop for approximately calendar days totalFor his statement to be true the vehicle would have to have been in the shop for more than days

Every vehicle we sell at SouthWest Discount Autos comes with a three month or 3000 mile power train warranty. The deductible is $100 and is the responsibility of the buyer. Seven months and 9500 miles later there is a transmission issue with Mr. [redacted]'s vehicle. He wanted to know if there was...

anything we could do to help him out with the repairs.We offered to do a second loan for the repairs. He wanted to come pick up his truck and get a second opinion. The next day when I came to work the was a e-mail complaint from the Revdex.com that Mr. [redacted] had filed. Below you will see a more detailed statement of what happened with Mr. [redacted]'s account. [redacted] is the employee for SouthWest Discount Autos who directly dealt with Mr. [redacted] General Manager ###-###-#### [redacted]        On 10/26/17 [redacted] and I ([redacted]) had spoke about how to get his truck fixed in service. I explained it was $3300.00 and that he was currently past due with a payment arrangement for 10/28/17 to pay $400.00. We talked about the options that are available to help him, if he could not pay in full. He would need to pay the past due on his account plus $600 as a down payment on his service bill. We would be able to set up a second loan for the remainder balance of the service bill with his payments. He then told me that he would need to speak with his wife and call me back on 10/30/17.   On 10/27/17 [redacted] called back wanting to talk about his truck again. He was trying to tell me things that he felt was wrong with his truck and I explained that he needed to talk with service. He then put his wife on the phone. Her and I spoke about how we would be able to help them out and she stated that her and [redacted] would like to get a second opinion first. I said that is fine, I would just need them to make the delinquent payments that was promised for the 10/28/17.
