Southwest Embroidery & Etc

My boyfriend had is work shirts and coats embroiderd with his company's logo and his name at Southwest EmbroideryThey told him that they would have it done that weekWhen the week past he stopped by and they hadn't even started itThey told him it would be done the following weekOnce again the week passed and no callHe stopped by and the items still had not been touchedThey told him it would be done the following weekIt was finally done the next week, but he was out of town so I went to get themShe showed be just the hats that had been done and those looked fineI paid for the items which were very over priced (almost $200.00) for hats, shirts and a coatThen when I got home with the items I took them out of the bag and found out they had spelled his last name wrongI took them back down to have them fix the problemAs soon as I told her they spelt his name wrong she tried to tell me he wrote it outFirst I'm pretty sure he knows how to spell his last name correctlySecond I told her that wasn't his hand writingThen she immediately tried to back track because I had caught her in a lieThen she kept saying well he didn't correct me and he was standing right hereI then asked her if she showed him the paper after she wrote it up and asked him if it was correct? She said no and asked why she would do thatYou would do that because you are a business that is embroidering things on clothes, hats, ectAnd that is the thing any professional business would doI could tell she wasn't going to fix it because she kept saying how hard it was going to be and how much time it would take to fixI'm sorry I expect you to do your job and do it correctEven more so when you charge a ridiculous amount to embroider somethingSo I took the things and told her I would take my business else where because she was so immatureI grabbed my mother and leftI will never go there for anything again and I would never recommend it to anyoneThat is not how you run a professional businessHowever, I did learn a lessonAlways check everything before paying for it
