Their response said I was there early (2:pm)? I was there at 5:pm(stamped on my receipt as 17:military time) they close at 6:pm.Anyone would hurry to do a job that close to closing time? There was NEVER any swearing or threats in the conversations with the people I had spoken to when I called back.? I asked what I had to do to be taken seriously, take them to small claims court?THEN he hung up on me.I have ONLY been there one other time EVER.? I had tires put on a minivan.? That time, the tech pointed out that the steering was unsafe.? He then fixed it and told me he couldn't do a wheel alignment that was needed due to time and scheduling.He showed me excellent customer service? and was the reason I went back to have tires put on my Chrysler Pacifica.When the wheel cover immediately came missing I really expected to be treated better but was put off by some VERY defensive people.I wasn't unreasonable.? It was there for years.? One visit to this company and it was gone.? simple as that.AS for the people on the "Do not sell list"? If I am on it I was recently placed there for wanting to be treated fairly -This company has lied and attacked me for wanting my car as complete as it was when I took it there.I am not looking for anything moreTheir deceit on this matter is really only proof of guilt.? They should be embarrassed -?

I agree it is not her fault, its wear & tear and mother natureI want to thank Revdex.com for their time and consideration in trying to resolve this problemI wish I could have made the customer happyThanks & Regards***

The breakage is not our faultI would be willing to order these for her and sell them to her at our cost and that will be much cheaper than buying them from the car dealerShe may call me at [redacted] if interested we certainly want to maintain her as a customer and appreciate her businessThanks & Regards***

Snyder Tire uses state of the art tire machines that actually never touch the rim, so we could not of cracked the rim as [redacted] has stated.Obviously, the rim waas already cracked or [redacted] ***r wouldnot have put fix a flat in his wheel before he came to our store? I would recommend that he turn the cracked rim into his Insurance Company.Thank you.Regards, [redacted]

The customer's first statement to you that it was late in the evening and we insisted that we would get it done in plenty of time is not true*** had already bought and paid for his tires at 2:pm.His second statement rings of a falsehood alsoHe said, "They hurried and got the tires on." We have installed 2,000,tires since we opened and yes we are pretty good, but we do not hurry, Every nut on every wheel was actually touched by peopleOne tightened with a power wrench and then others tightened by handAll signed and a 4th signed for proper airAny problems with hubcaps missing or not on properly should have been noted by eachIt was on properly when it left our shop.However, it is our policy to take care of almost any customer problem no matter who is at faultThey happen so seldom it actually makes us happy to surprise a customer when even he is not sure who is to blame.There is one exceptionIf a customer is abusive or swears at one of our associates, they are instructed to hang up and not to take future calls and list the customer as "Do not sell[redacted] is one of people on the list we have been keeping now for years.Sincerely, [redacted]

I started having water delivered from Canadian Springs/Aqua Terre in November - It was myself and co-workers and had the water delivered to our work, but it was paid for by me out of my personal bank account and the account was in my name
In June they charged my account over $*** because "someone" had called them from my company and asked if they would donate water to an event - Canadian Springs looked in their files and found that an account existed at the same address (but under my name) and without my knowledge, or contacting me, or getting my approval, just decided to charge me for this random water I only found out about it when the money was taken out of my bank account - I spoke with customer service and was told that yes, they should have contacted me first but unfortunately there was nothing they could do to get me my money back After dealing with numerous very rude people I gave up - they did not care I needed that money back, and were not going to do anything to fix it - just told me they would credit my account - which didn't help me pay bills that I had budgeted for
My initial contract was set up to receive bottles of water a month, and somewhere along the lines the driver started leaving additional bottles I didn't even notice until our bills starting increasing over time - When I did notice I contacted Canadian Springs again to say we only wanted the bottles a month, nothing extra - I was told they would make sure that would happen, yet, the driver would continue to leave more bottles When I spoke to customer service again about my concerns I was told that it was basically my fault because I didn't watch the driver carefully enough and I should have told him not to leave them I was assured it wouldn't happen again as they put notes all over my account that we were only to receive bottles a month, every weeks Unfortunately, the notes didn't work and we consistently had additional water bottle charges every month
In January the bill was increasing even more and I had no idea why - when I spoke to Canadian Springs I was told prices had increased (no letter or email giving us the heads up either) At that time I realized I didn't want to deal with this anymore so we cancelled in February 2015, expecting to receive my bottle return refund shortly I was very clear when I cancelled that the refund had to be made out to me, not any other name including the company (It had to be done in cheque form as this is how we had paid all along and I did not have a credit card) I was told by *** they would make sure the check was correct
After cancelling, our final pickup of empty bottles was scheduled for a couple weeks later - The driver arrived and picked up the water and the cooler and he was completely rude and argued with me about why we were cancelling He tried to convince me to not cancel and offered a cheaper deal and said he would waive the fuel charges
As for my bottle return refund - When I cancelled in February I was told it would take weeks to receive a cheque On May 26th I still hadn't received anything (but continued to receive invoices from Canadian Springs showing the credit owed) I spoke with a supervisor and was told it somehow got missed but she would put a cheque request in right away and the refund would be mailed out asap On June 19th I called again because the refund was still missing and was told that it had been cancelled (no reason, no notification, no nothing) The person I spoke too didn't have any answers for me and just made me feel like I was an it I finally asked him to send me an email telling me exactly what had happened and what he had just explained to me and he refused saying it was private How can it be private if you just told me and it's about my account? He eventually agreed to send me an email letting me know what would now happen which turned out to be the least possible information he could give me
Finally on July 17th the cheque arrived! Except it was made out to my company - My name is on there but it looks like it is attention to me but the cheque is payable to my company I took it to my bank and was told that no I can't cash it I called Canadian springs AGAIN and received a message back saying that by law they had to have the company name on the cheque They account was under my name! So no I am not able to cash the cheque I am very fortunate to work for an amazing company who have seen all I've dealt with the last months and have agreed to cash the cheque themselves and reimburse me for the refund - today - not in months but TODAY
