As a company, we were shocked to receive this complaint since we are currently working with this customer to resolve the issue and the job has not closed as completedThe warranty mentioned is currently under the review of the manufacturer for replacementAfter the work was installed, the
customer revealed her desire of the door and was notified that the request could not be metThe customer's spouse stated that the door was not an issue and will accept the door as installed which was the original requestThe issue of multiple invoices is due to the fact the customer and spouse have changed the dimensions on the order several times which creates an entire new work orderThe customer has been contacted throughout this entire process and we are working to resolve her lack of satisfactionWe pride ourselves on superior customer service and 100% satisfaction and have been in communication with this customer the entire processAs of today, the customer has not paid in full for completion of this work order
