Southwest Eye Center

I wish I could say it was the customer service was terrible but it was actually next to non-existent. I've waited two months for my second trial contacts (the first didn't work or fit right) and they still haven't arrived meanwhile I've been to two appointments and paid three bills and all I have to show for it is an prescription that hasn't been updated. I got better (and cheaper) service from a wal-mart eye center. I guess that's were I'm going now. I just expected better from a dedicated practice.
