In response to The Revdex.com complaint # [redacted] : This unit was installed on 05/02/ On 5/22/a service call was made for the unit not cooling properlyThe technician found a bad run capacitor and replaced itPer Invoice # [redacted] , the part was covered under warranty and the only charge on the invoice is the service call charge On 6/07/a service call was made with the complaint being no air conditioningThe technician found the pins in the compressor were blown out and the refrigerant was lostPer Invoice # [redacted] , the only charge on the invoice was the service call charge On 6/14/a new compressor was installed per the customer’s family’s requestThe only charge on Invoice # [redacted] was for labor and FreonThere was no charge for the compressor After installation, no payment was receivedLegal actions were taken in attempt to obtain payment of which we were promisedAs of today, this bill is still not paid in fullThe invoices listed were signed by the customer This customer’s warranty only covers partsLabor, Freon, and service calls are not included with their warrantyThe part warranty is from the manufacturer, not from our companyAny company can service the unit and file the part warranty claimWe have attached a copy of this warranty for your filesSince the customer’s information can not be shared the model and serial number on the warranty can be used to confirm the owner and the warranty If the customer will agree to pay the remaining balance due in cash, we will be glad to check the unitThe service call to check the unit must also be paid in cash upon arrivalIf a repair is necessary, the part will be under warranty but the labor to replace the part must be paid in full, in cash, before the replacement is made Southwest Heating and Air Conditioning
