was processed 3-1-16. While the customer is right about the problem not being fixed, it was due to his having a worn out battery with low voltage.  The low voltage created a problem with burning the contactor tips and the need to replace the control card.  The repair would exceed the value of the truck. While working with [redacted], [redacted] offered to adjust invoice [redacted].  This was done by crediting it in full, but rebilling it for $239.09 to cover the cost of having a sub vendor confirm the battery and charger condition. [redacted] also has offered to find a suitable replacement for the customer’s aging truck. The customer seemed satisfied with the agreement. Please let us know if there is anything more we need to do in this matter, as we are proud of our long standing reputation for integrity and would like this cleared quickly.
