information: April 1, 2014 Inquiry about forms from Ms. *: April 14, 2014 Inquiry email to printer about status of order on April 14,2014 Printer advises order not received. Order re-entered with printer 4/14 with contact also made to owner, requesting expedited delivery. Order of 2000 Forms #170, and 1000 Form 185 delivered to Nationwide on April 215t, 2014 April 21, 2014, Ms. * advises Form 170 has misspelled address and did not like a black box on Form 185 (Black box is covering TxDOT until supply is reprinted to reflect TxDMV) April 21, 2014— We ship 100 of generic Form 170 and 185 and suggest they consider the software Program, and advise that we have placed her print order ahead of all other orders. The Generic forms were shipped at no charge. ($119 + frt.) April 21, 2014 — Ms * advises the # of boxes and the weight of each so that we may send UPS Labels for pickup and return of the incorrectly printed forms and be able to require the printer To reprint the forms as these were printing errors on the part of the printer. We included labels in the same box with the generic forms for the Erroneous address printed forms to be returned to us. April 22, 2014— We resubmitted the order to the printer cautioning them to not just reprint the form, But to correct the erroneous spelling of the street address. Attached is a label (1 of 7) that was attached to one of the boxes Ms. [redacted] returned on March 25, 2015. Date shows return labels printed April 2014. Again, these return labels were furnished in the box with the generic forms sent on 4/21/2014. Ms. * alleges it took two months to get the return labels. However, we have attached a label that came off the boxes she just returned and it is dated April 2014. All that was required of the customer was to put the labels we furnished on 7 boxes and call UPS to pick them up. Prompt return of the misprinted forms would have allowed us to contact the printer to demonstrate their error and the customer was not planning to use the misprinted forms as well as get new free ones. It took one year for Ms. * to return the misprinted forms; to get a free reprint after a year is not an option we have. In the spirit of fairness, we have offered to split the cost with Ms. *., but she rather has chosen to file a complaint with the Revdex.com. Respectfully Submitted, [redacted]
